The Department of Basic Engineering, Annamalai Polytechnic College, organized a Five-Day Student Induction Programme for first-year Diploma students from 2nd to 8th July 2026. The programme featured leadership training, personality development, motivational talks, yoga, NSS, NCC, and campus familiarization to help students transition smoothly into college life. Students actively participated in the Heartfulness Enabled Leadership Mastery (HELM) sessions, which fostered self-awareness, teamwork, leadership, and responsible decision-making. A campus tour acquainted the students with the college’s laboratories, workshops, library, and other academic facilities. The programme concluded with an interactive feedback session, leaving the students motivated, confident, and well-prepared to embark on their engineering education.
